BRAESIDE BREWING

Challenge

Founded in 2018 in Mordialloc, Victoria, Braeside Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery known for its commitment to quality and innovation.

Amid rising CO₂ costs, supply volatility, and growing sustainability pressures, the team set out to explore whether nitrogen-blended gas could serve as a viable substitute for CO₂ during fermentation, transfer, and carbonation — without compromising flavour, texture, or beer quality.

R&D

With Mayne Capital as its R&D consultant, Braeside Brewing accessed the Research and Development Tax Incentive (RDTI) to undertake controlled experimental trials exploring nitrogen’s role in the brewing process.

Core R&D:

• Dissolved oxygen and CO₂ monitoring to assess fermentation and carbonation performance

Challenge

Sydney based Property Services 360 Pty Ltd set out to solve a persistent challenge in property management — the high cost and inefficiency of maintaining distributed household and building assets such as air conditioners, dishwashers, refrigerators, and pool systems.
